Terms of Service

These terms are a pre-launch draft and will be finalized before payment is accepted. A signed pilot order will control if it conflicts with these general terms.

Service

PursuitSignal provides research and decision support based primarily on public information. The service does not provide legal advice, accounting advice, procurement representation, lobbying, or a guarantee of eligibility, award, revenue, or government action.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for verifying requirements, determining eligibility, protecting controlled information, making bid decisions, and complying with solicitation terms and applicable law.

Public information and uncertainty

Government records can be incomplete, amended, delayed, or withdrawn. PursuitSignal identifies sources and uncertainty but cannot guarantee that every public record is complete or current after its retrieval date.

Pilot payment and guarantee

The proposed Federal Cyber Early-Signal Sprint costs $1,500 before work begins. If fewer than three signals meet the qualification standard agreed in the pilot order, the customer may choose a refund or one replacement search, subject to the signed order.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service to misrepresent eligibility, obtain controlled information, evade procurement rules, harass government personnel, or make unlawful contact.

Intellectual property

The customer may use delivered briefing materials internally for its business. PursuitSignal retains its methods, templates, software, scoring logic, and general know-how. Customer confidential information remains the customer's property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PursuitSignal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost awards, lost profits, or decisions made using incomplete public information. Final limitations will be stated in the signed pilot order.
