This policy explains how PursuitSignal handles information submitted through its website and pilot process.

Information collected

PursuitSignal may collect your name, business email, company name, capability information, target agencies, contracting route, application responses, and information you voluntarily provide during pilot delivery.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate pilot fit, communicate about the service, deliver contracted work, improve qualification criteria, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. PursuitSignal does not sell personal information.

Public-source research

PursuitSignal analyzes public procurement records and related public business information. Sources, retrieval dates, and uncertainty are preserved wherever practical.

Service providers

PursuitSignal uses Cloudflare for website hosting, security, data storage, and inbound email routing; Resend for application and service email delivery; and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process limited information as needed to perform their services. Payment-card information is submitted directly to Stripe and is not stored by PursuitSignal.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for pilot evaluation and delivery, business records, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. PursuitSignal uses access controls and encrypted service infrastructure, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@getpursuitsignal.com, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Changes

This policy may change as the service develops. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
